Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take insurance?
Yes — I accept Traditional Medicare (Part B). This is the federal Medicare program that allows you to see any provider who is enrolled with Medicare.
If you have a Medigap/Supplement plan, it acts as secondary insurance and typically covers your Medicare copay or deductible.
I also accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana (BCBSMT) across all contracted networks, including: PPO, Federal Employee Program, Traditional, Managed Care, Healthy Montana Kids, BCBSMT PPO Medicare Advantage.
For all other insurance plans, I am currently an out‑of‑network provider. Superbills are available for potential reimbursement depending on your plan.
At this time, I do not work with motor vehicle accident claims.
Do you accept Medicare Advantage plans?
I accept BCBSMT PPO Medicare Advantage.
All other Medicare Advantage plans — including Humana, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, and others — are out‑of‑network.
These plans are commercial insurance products that replace Medicare Part B and use their own networks and fee schedules.
Patients with out‑of‑network Medicare Advantage plans may be seen as cash‑pay, and I can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement.
Will you accept other insurance plans in the future?
Possibly. I am currently evaluating additional insurance options. Any updates will be posted on this website.
